Pewter plate

Hello

I have a plate with two marks, which I think are Dutch. The first one is a rose mark, common in Holland (and north-west Germany). The second one is a castle with four towers and walls. Both have the initials HVK (the third letter is not sure). I think the second letter stands for “Van”, and therefore it is a Dutch maker. Does anyone know this master? Or, at lest which city mark it is?

Best regards

The plate is certainly Antwerp (Belgium), but the initials HVK are not known uptill now. Probably the plate is made at the end of the 18th century.
